CANCELLATION POLICY. 48 hour advance notice is required. a late cancellation fee of $40 will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment. This is required in order to give us a chance to fill your spot.
If canceling within 12 hours of the appointment, and before an hour prior to your appointment, 50% of the groom will have to be collected. within an hour of appointment, it will be considered as a no show.
NO SHOWS. If you are a no show, before your next appointment is confirmed, a No show fee of 100% of your previous groom will need to be collected. An invoice will be sent to the email that is on your account. This is because a no show, means a wasted appointment that someone else could have been given.

PET SITTING FEE
Pets that are not picked up at the completion of the groom will be charged a pet sitting fee after 15 minutes.
After Hours Service- One on One grooming. Fee is charged by the time instead of by the service. $25 per 15 minute interval. Check availability by text, give us a call or email.
